1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph444q ("ph444q," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph444q website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ph444q Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

ph444q reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the ph444q Platform commits a serious breach of these Terms. ph444q will void all wagers placed by ineligible players and will not be liable to return any funds deposited by such players beyond what is required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the ph444q Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ph444q. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph444q employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph444q reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph444q username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph444q will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph444q immediately via our Support team. ph444q may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph444q is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with ph444q's KYC procedures, including providing copies of valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. ph444q reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

4.1 Deposits

ph444q accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. ph444q does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the ph444q Platform at the time of transaction. ph444q reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. ph444q will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ph444q reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

ph444q will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts held in the name of the registered ph444q account holder. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the policies of the relevant financial institution.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ph444q Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ph444q is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction on your ph444q account is incorrect or unauthorized, you must notify our Support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. ph444q will investigate all reported transaction disputes in good faith and in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ph444q may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ph444q reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games and betting markets available on the ph444q Platform are governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

ph444q uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ph444q does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Results are determined solely by the underlying RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer.

For sports betting markets, ph444q reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the result is subject to official review. Specific void rules for each sport and market type are detailed within the Platform's betting rules section.

ph444q reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph444q Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.

• Allowing any third party to access or use your ph444q account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ph444q staff or other players.

ph444q employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph444q Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ph444q or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph444q Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ph444q.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any ph444q trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of ph444q intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ph444q and its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph444q shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph444q does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph444q will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

ph444q's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph444q account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph444q's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ph444q reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in ph444q's dormant account policy.

You may close your ph444q account at any time by contacting our Support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

ph444q reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where account closure is initiated in circumstances involving suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph444q, you agree to first contact our Support team to seek an informal resolution. ph444q will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with ph444q's Support team, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to These Terms

ph444q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph444q will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph444q Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
